GP continues its work with one of the world's finest DVD companies, The Criterion Collection. Recent titles include "La Haine" (Mathieu Kassovitz), "The Third Man" (Carol Reed), "Ace in the Hole" (Billy Wilder), "Breathless" (Jean-Luc Godard) and "Ice Storm" (Ang Lee).

Jim Briggs and Hidden Hill Productions were in to mix an episode about Buffalo Bill for the award-winning PBS series The American Experience.

Director Adam Hootnick's Unsettled won the Grand Jury Prize for Best Documentary Feature at the 2007 Slamdance Film Festival. "Unsettled" was mixed here by Gramercy Post's Joe Mendelson.

More fantastic spots for the Meadowlands Racetrack were recorded and mixed for TV and radio, with Jay Sandusky of the Sloan Group Agency producing and famed race announcer Dave Johnson on the mic.

Superfad came in to do some new sound design and final mixes for a series of spots for Amp'd Mobile.

GP will be looking to snag an award (and perhaps a few drinks) at The Audies 2007, "the only awards program in the U.S. entirely devoted to recognizing distinction in audiobooks and spoken word entertainment." The GP team has been nominated for an "Achievement in Production" award for its work on Julian Rubinstein's "Ballad of the Whiskey Robber."

CSI is back, mixing a new series of shows for sports enthusiasts titled "Wide World of Fights."

In an ongoing collaboration with Prado Sur Audio out of Mexico City, Gramercy Post worked on spots for the Latin American market from Corona, Zest, Nextel, Target, Ford, Toyota and more.

Our favorite pop star Regina Spektor was back in the studio, recording her version of the theme song to the Showtime hit "Weeds." Regina also worked with GP's Joe Mendelson on a cover of John Lennon's "Real Love" for an upcoming tribute album.

Producer Rob Lyons came in to mix several theatrical trailers for Quixotic Industries: "American Hardcore" (Sony Classics), "Changing Times" (Koch Lorber), and "Calvaire" (Palm Pictures).
